With his interest in singing and performing live, John Thomas is a renowned singer/songwriter out of Palm Coast, Florida. Known by many locals as "the voice" of Flagler Beach, he spends most weekends playing in various establishments up and down the coast, entertaining people from St. Augustine to Daytona. His acoustic style of play is soft and clean, pleasant for restaurant venues, and crisp enough for the late night after hour crowds. A self-taught guitarist, bassist, and vocalist with over 40 years of experience, John has been involved in various musical groups and projects spanning over the past 3 decades.
A passionate songwriter, John released an independent album in 1993 with his band, Clear Blue Sky. Recorded at North Lake Sound Studios in White Plains, NY, "Musical Closet" is a collection of original progressive rock songs and storytelling ballads. In 2003, John released a second independent album, "Full Circle", which is another collection of original written rock genre songs, recorded at Mind Magic Studios in Lagrangeville, NY.
